FWBS Non-contact Voltage Regulator
Structure principle
CNC non-contact voltage stabilizer will instantly and repeatedly change the output voltage through the computer digital control circuit for true RMS voltage sampling control, to ensure that the output voltage is always maintained within the accuracy of the rated voltage.
The numerical control non-contact voltage regulator is a numerical control non-contact AC voltage regulator that adopts the computer digital control principle to monitor the change of output power supply voltage, and adjusts the TAP of the transformer through the electromagnetic switch matrix to keep the output voltage stable all the time.
Components
- A. Compensating transformer T1, regulating transformer T2, auxiliary transformer T3; output step-down transformer T4;
- B, digital voltage sampling circuit;
- C, electromagnetic switch matrix circuit;
- D, overload, short circuit, undervoltage, overvoltage protection device;
- E, Pointer meter display.
Principle explanation
- A. The digital voltage sampling circuit converts the output voltage change information to true RMS value and then transmits it to the computer control circuit board (CPU PCB);
- B. The control PCB sends commands to the electromagnetic switch matrix circuit according to the sampling circuit information;
- C. The electromagnetic switch closes the transformer TAP to complete the voltage conversion;
- D. Overload, short-circuit, over-voltage, and under-voltage protection devices cut off the power supply or bypass the power supply to protect the back-end equipment in the corresponding protection state.
Tolerance of harsh environments
Adopting high-efficiency and wide range of industrial components, it can withstand severe temperature, humidity, vibration and dirt environment.
